Super Beam Heater SBH-1000A (Xenon 1kW type)

Super Beam Heater SBH-1000A (Xenon 1kW type)

**Overview** The Super Beam Heater SBH-1000A can achieve non-contact heating up to 1300°C at point light sources with diameters of Φ2 to Φ5, thanks to the combination of a fiber emission section and a focusing lens. Additionally, it offers reproducibility that is unaffected by external environments, similar to a soldering iron. **Features** ● Adoption of a 1kW Xenon lamp By increasing the diameter of the fiber input section, it allows for a multi-branch configuration of the fiber. Maximum number of branches for fiber → Up to 4 branches possible at fiber emission end Φ5. ● Arc observation system With lamp replacement, the lamp can be fixed to the XYZ stage, making it easy to set the optimal focusing condition. ● Intelligent control All operations can be performed from the front panel of the main unit, including shutter open/close, open/close time settings, light intensity adjustment (via a mechanical diaphragm), and lamp usage time display. Additionally, operations can be controlled via external signals from a computer or other devices through the rear D-sub connector. ★ For more details, please request materials or download the catalog ★

Super Beam Heater SBH-300A (Xenon 300w type)

Super Beam Heater SBH-300A (Xenon 300w type)

**Features** ● 300W Xenon Lamp Achieves maximum light energy efficiency with a low-power xenon lamp (300W), realizing versatility, utility, and low cost. ● Twin Mirror System The twin mirror system directs all the energy from the xenon lamp light source into the bundle fiber. (In conventional light source systems using elliptical mirrors, reducing the focal point results in a light beam with a large angle, making effective light energy transmission through the fiber impossible. By adopting the twin mirror system, light can be effectively utilized forward, doubling the efficiency ratio compared to conventional products.) ● Arc Observation System With lamp replacement, the lamp can be fixed to the XYZ stage, allowing for easy adjustment of the optimal focusing state. ● Compact Design All functions, including the power supply and controller, are condensed into dimensions of 266 (W) × 302 (D) × 514 (H). It offers high installation flexibility, weighs only 20kg, and allows for easy relocation between robots.
